The Bell & Clements Claims team have been busy, as we have further integrated into the Munich Re Specialty Insurance Claims model. The structure has opened a vast number of opportunities for our people and our customers. We now have an advanced claims handling processes, improved file management and staff development programmes in place. 

Throughout the past year there have been several new joiners start at Bell & Clements. Paul Moore and Sarvnaz Mackin (both Senior Claims Specialists) who are handing the Liability claims portfolio. Both Paul and Sarvnaz have extensive industry experience and are qualified US lawyers who have brought a wealth of knowledge to the London team. Adrian Nyunt (Senior Claims Specialist), Max Bender, Cecilia Strickler and Jack Garnett (all Claims Specialists) are now handing Property claims. Each have joined with an extensive London market background and experience of partnering with Third Party Administrators (TPAs). 

Additional resources are a continued focus for the business, and as a team we are recruiting for more candidates to support in the needs of our customers (addressing the underwriting production upsurge), the growing pace of the business and the MRSI Claims transition. The capabilities of the TPAs are also being utilised as we consider how to better collaborate and improve our service by their increasing authorities.
